Friendly staff.

Questionable cleaning procedures.

This recently remodeled hotel is great for appearance and has great, friendly staff. It is a good thing to have friendly staff especially if the service is lacking. Upon entering to our room, we found a half-used bar of soap in the shower. Unfortunately, day three in the hotel we were missed by housecleaning all-together.

Nice TV. Room was arranged almost like a suite. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Very quiet.

Lots of hair on bathroom floor.

Lobby was attractive. Check-in friendly. Room had a nice sitting area with a good television. Refrigerator was a nice surprise, but it didn't actually work. We were originally given a handicapped accessible room which we did not require. Room was extra large, but bathroom was dirty, dark and cavelike with no shower curtain, so everything got wet when we showered. They gave us regular room the second day, but switch was not done well. Trouble with keys required several trips to desk and first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. Staff was friendly. Complimentary continental breakfast was adequate. Spacious very clean, attractive rooms along with very courteous staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and greeted me whenever they saw me. I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

Scratchy sheets was the only downfall.
